WEEK 6: Athletics

    LESSON OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the lesson, Pupils should be able to:

  • Explain what short races. Are
  • Mention and prepare short races
  • Perform long races
  • Explain the health benefits of running, jumping and throwing.

WEEK 7 and 8:  Athletics

    LESSON OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the lesson, Pupils should be able to:

  • mention some simple jumps
  • perform simple  athletic activities

  • laundry pit
  • saw dust
  • mattress
  • Whistle etc.

WEEK 9:  Athletics

    LESSON OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the lesson, Pupils should be able to:

  • explain what safety rules means
  • list the safety rules in running, jumping, throwing

  • Chart showing road traffic light signs and their colours

WEEK 11:   REVISION AND EXAMINATION
