WEEK 1: REVISION OF LAST TERM’S WORK

WEEK 2: RULES AND REGULATION.

  • Meaning of rule and regulation.
  • Importance of rule and regulation

LESSON OBJECTIVES:  

Pupils should be able to:

  • State at least four rules and regulations in the school e.g.

Rules against

  1. Noise making
  2. Use of vulgar languages
  3. Late coming etc.

TEACHING/LEARNING RESOURCES/AIDS

  • The school rules and regulations.

WEEK 3: GAINS OF OBEYING RULES AND REGULATION.

  1. Love by elders
  2. Gift from elders and friends
  3. Praise reward from family and constituted authority

LESSON OBJECTIVES:

Pupils should be able to:

  • State at least six Gains of obeying rules and regulations.

TEACHING/LEARNING RESOURCES/AIDS:

  • Pictures and charts of some pupils receiving some awards.

WEEK 4: RESULT OF DISOBEYING RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Unhappiness
  • Punishment
  • Denial of privileges
  • Rejection by loved ones

LESSON OBJECTIVES:

Pupils should be able to:

  • State at least three result of disobeying rules and regulation.

TEACHING/LEARNING RESOURCES/AIDS:

  • A teacher denying pupils from their lunch for not writing their homework.

WEEK 5: IMPORTANCE OF SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATION

    LESSON OBJECTIVES:

Pupils should be able to:

  • Memorize their specific school rules and regulations

TEACHING/LEARNING RESOURCES/AIDS

  • The school rules and regulations

WEEK 6 – 7: WHY RULES AND REGULATION ARE NECESSARY

  • To protect life and properties
  • To promote peace and progress
  • To guide our behaviour at home, school and public

    LESSON OBJECTIVES:

Pupils should be able to:

  • State at least four importance of rules and regulations.

TEACHING/LEARNING RESOURCES/AIDS

  • Role play/short drama in class by the pupils.

WEEK 8: RESULT FOR NOT OBEYING GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Imprisonment
  • Payment of fines etc.

    LESSON OBJECTIVES:

Pupils should be able to:

  • State at least two result of not obeying government rules and regulations.

TEACHING/LEARNING RESOURCES/AIDS:

WEEK 9: RESULT OF NOT OBEYING GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

    LESSON OBJECTIVES:

Pupils should be able to:

  • State at least three consequences of not obeying government rules and regulation.

TEACHING/LEARNING RESOURCES/AIDS:

  • Pictures of people demonstrating obedience.

 WEEK 10: OBEDIENCE

  • Meaning of obedience
  • Obedience at home, school, and obedience to God.

    LESSON OBJECTIVES:                                                                                                            

Pupils should be able to:

  • State the importance of obedience as the tool for obeying rules and regulations.

TEACHING/LEARNING RESOURCES/AIDS:

  • The school rules and regulations.

WEEK 11:   REVISION

WEEK 12:   REVISION

WEEK 13:   EXAMINATION
