At the end of the lesson, Pupils should be able to:

  • Explain what short races. Are
  • Mention and prepare short races
  • Perform long races
  • Explain the health benefits of running, jumping and throwing.

WEEK 7 and 8:  Athletics

  • list the safety rules in running, jumping, throwing
