                        MODULE CONTENT

WAYS OF FIRST CONTACT WITH DRUGS

There are different ways of having contact with drugs. They are:

1. Proper ways: through preventive medicine like BGC, DPT given to a new born child to prevent Tuberculosis, measles, yellow fever. Through illness or injury: drugs are given for treatment in hospitals and traditional homes.
2. Improper ways: through friends, family and strangers.
3. Curiosity through advert promotion.
