 Week 1 & 2

Topic: Set grand rules, walking round the class and taking excuses

Objectives: At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to walk round the class

Courteously and obey the class rules.

Lesson: 2 Lessons

Material: The instructor

Activities: The teacher set the grand rules for the term and practicalize the act of

walking round the class and taking excuses before the pupils .

Evaluation: Role play and practical questions

Week 3 & 4

Topic: Weeding of flower birds

Objectives: At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to differentiate  between flowers and weeds on the flower beds and to weed the flower neatly.

Lesson: 2 Lessons

Material: the flower beds in school

Activities: The teacher take s out the pupils to the flower beds beside the class to

carry out the weeding exercises .

Evaluation: Ask questions on fowers and weeds growing aroud school and homes.

Week 5 & 6

Topic: Saying thank you

Objectives: At the end of the lesson,pupils should be able to say thank you when

it necessary .

Lesson: 2 Lessons

Material: The instructor

Activities: The teacher engage the pupils in role playing to show gratitude i.e  performing an action that will make the pupils to say thank you eg picking  particles from the pupils hair or adjusting their dress for them .

Roleplay : Teacher:,get me a chair

 Lola: here is the chair ma.

 Teacher: thank you lola.

 Lola: you are welcome ma.

Evaluation: Ask questions on the role-play

Week 7 & 8

Topic: Sweeping and parking

Objectives: At the end of the lesson pupils should be able to tidy the work ground

by sweeping and packing the litters on the ground after work .

Lesson: 2 Lessons

Materials: Broom and parker

Activities: The teacher sweeps and parks some litters while the pupils watch and

further do the same.

Evaluation: practical evaluation

Week 9 & 10

Topic: Folding materials

Objectives: At the end of the lesson ,pupils should be able to fold their own

clothes , hand towels , napkin and other pieces of cloth.

Lesson: 2 Lessons

Activities: The teacher folds all kinds of clothes as mentioned above while the

pupils watch and further do the same .

Evaluation: Ask them to fold their class hand towel and toy dresses.

Week 11: Revision and examination
