HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE HAIR
- Cut or plait your hair regularly
- Don’t play with sand.
- Always brush and comb your hair daily
- Wash your hair daily
- Make use of clean towels to dry your hair after bath.
- Brush your hair with care to avoid breakage of the hair.
- Make use of good shampoos and hair creams on your hair.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE HAIR
- Try to wash your face with warm water and mild soap twice daily.
- Protect your skin from sunlight.
- Bath twice daily
- Do not scrub your skin with hard sponge while bathing.
- Put on cloth that can prevent your skin from hotness of the sun.
- Use good body cream on your body to avoid dryness of the skin.
- Eat fruit and vegetable juice to replenish your skin.
- Bath with clean water.
- Prevent cuts on the skin
- Don’t play on sand, grass or stones to prevent injuries and infections.
- Use round cut cucumbers on your eyes to remove swellings and black spots under the eyes.
- Keep your hands clean.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE EYE
- Do not expose your eyes to dangerous chemicals.
- Avoid smoky environment to prevent cataracts.
- Reduce the intake of starchy food.
- Make use of protected glass when working in a construction site.
- Avoid reading in the dark places
- Avoid reading with candles or light that is not bright.
- Use sunglasses to prevent your eyes from harmful ultra violet rays of sunlight.
- Eat food that contains enough minerals and vitamins to enhance good eye sight.
- Use medicated glasses to correct eye problem.
- Go for regular eye check up
- Avoid looking at the sun
- Avoid stressing your eyes.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE EAR
- Avoid loud music
- Don’t use sharp objects in your ears.
- Make use of cutting bud when cleaning your ears.
- Always go for ear checkup
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE NOSE
- Avoid inhaling of smokes and fumes that irritate the nose.
- Clean your nose with cotton wool and salty warm water to prevent nostrils damage.
- Do not use your finger to clean your nostril.
- Cover your nostril with handkerchief when sneezing to avoid spreading of diseases.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE TEETH AND MOUTH
- Brush your teeth twice daily.
- Visit your dentist at least once in six months and anytime you have problems with your teeth.
- Avoid the use of sharp objects like pin or needle to remove food particles between the teeth.
- Always use mouth wash to give you a good breath and to help strengthen your tooth enamel.
- Avoid opening bottle cock with your teeth.
- Reduce eating sugary things like chocolate, biscuit and chewing gum
- Chewing more pineapples to breakdown debris in your mouth.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE NAIL
- Cut your nails as soon as they start growing
- Wash your nails to prevent infections.
- Keep your finger nails dry and clean.
- Make use of hand lotion
- Avoid using your finger to pick things.
- Make use of rubber gloves when washing dishes or when soaking them in water for a long time.
- Do not bite your fingernails with your teeth.

- We will be free from sicknesses and diseases.
