PREVENTION OF DRUG ABUSE WITH LIFE COPING SKILLS

We can keep ourselves physically fit and healthy without abusing drugs.

The following are some ways to cope with life and avoid drugs

HEALTH PROMOTION BEHAVIOUR

  • Do physical exercises like running, jumping etc.
  • Having good friends
  • Be careful on drug you take
  • visit a doctor or pharmacist to prescribe the right drug

JOIN OR FORM A SOCIAL CLUB like Boys Scout, Girls Guide, Rotary club, Lions Club and Religious Organisations where people are taught good habits and values of discipline.

MORAL RESPONSIBILITIES

We must know and observe the moral concept of what is right and avoid what is bad.be disciplined and take correction at all times.

PRESENTATION

  • The Teacher revises the previous lesson.
  • The Teacher introduces the topic.
  • The Teacher explains the lessons.

LESSON EVALUATION

  • How can we prevent drug abuse?

CONCLUSION: the teacher summarize the lesson.
