CONTENT
MEANING OF ONESELF
Oneself means one’s or normal self. It is those things that concern you and your personality.it also has to do with the strength and weakness of a person.
UNDERSTANDING ONESELF
To understand yourself, you have to observe things about yourself like finding out the truth of who you are, recognize your weakness, strength, respecting your values, belief, personality, priorities, mood, habit, passion and fears.
Understanding yourself helps you to know your purpose in life. You do not need to follow the crowd. Before you take any action you should know and feel that it is the right thing to do.
HOW TO UNDERSTAND YOURSELF
- Understand your temper.
- Know what you likes and dislikes.
- You have to know your friends.
- You have to know your personality.
- Know how to be in control.
IDENTIFICATION OF QUALITIES AND ABILITIES OF ONESELF
- Always believe in yourself.
- Developing yourself.
- Concentrate on your strength.
- Never give up on yourself.
- Follow friends who can help you explore your abilities.
- Always notice things you feel happy about when you perform.
- Take words pf wisdom from people who had explored their potentials.
- Do not get jealous at other’s people achievement.
- Always read inspiring books and magazines.
GETTING ALONG WITH OTHERS AT HOME
- Apologies to people when there is misunderstanding.
- Talk to your parents if you feel your siblings are ignoring you.
- Be polite and humble.
- Don’t be a liar.
- Have respect for your parent, siblings.
GETTING ALONG WITH OTHERS AT SCHOOL
- Be humble
- Do not be proud
- Be helpful if you can solve someone’s problem.
- Let other students know they are important.
- Respect your teachers and class mates.
GETTING ALONG WITH PEOPLE IN THE SOCIETY
- Do not be a burden to people around you.
- Avoid gossiping
