                       TOPIC CONTENT

What is anti-social behavior? Antisocial behavior is any action that can cause annoyance or inconveniences to anyone.

Before reporting any anti-social behavior, you should first try to speak with your neighbor because they may not be aware that they are causing problem.

TYPES OF ANTI- SOCIAL BEHAVIOURS

  1. Noise nuisance
  2. Environmental anti- social behavior
  3. Domestic abuse
  4. Rowdy
  5. Drunken behavior
  6. gun or knife crime
  7. dangerous dog
  8. gangs or group disorder

HOW TO TACKLE ANTI – SOCIAL BEHAVIOURS

  1. Issue a formal warning
  2. Use an acceptable behavior contract.
  3. Possession order.
  4. Ban perpetrators from an area.

INSTRUCTIONAL PROCEDURE

  • The Teacher revises the previous lesson (Avoiding criminal behaviors).
  • The Teacher introduces the lesson.
  • The Teacher explains the lessons.
  • The Teacher write the note on the board.

Learners participate in the class discussion

EVALUATIVE ACTIVITIES

Teacher ask learner to:

  1. Define anti-social behaviours.
  2. List three types of anti-social behaviours.
  3. Mention three ways to tackle antisocial behaviours.
