MEANING OF FARM RECORD
A farm record is a document or book that is used to keep account of different activities, event materials etc.
Note: farm records are different from farm accounts because farm account deals with only the financial aspect of all farm operations.
IMPORTANCE OF FARM RECORDS
- Its helps the farmer to keep stock and manage each aspect of the farm properly
- It is important for planning and Budgeting
- They helps farmers know the progress of and contributions of each aspect of the farm to its overall success
- They are important for proper farm management
- They can be very helpful when the farmer needs to access financial aids from banks and other financial institutions.
