MEANING OF FARM RECORD

A farm record is a document or book that is used to keep account of different activities, event materials etc.

Note: farm records are different from farm accounts because farm account deals with only the financial aspect of all farm operations.

IMPORTANCE OF FARM RECORDS

1. Its helps the farmer to keep stock and manage each aspect of the farm properly
2. It is important for planning and Budgeting
3. They helps farmers know the progress of and contributions of each aspect of the farm to its overall success
4. They are important for proper farm management
5. They can be very helpful when the farmer needs to access financial aids from banks and other financial institutions.
